Our History Henan Derhyme Musical Instruments Co., Ltd. is a professional musical instruments manufacturer in Queshan county, China.Queshan country is also known as 鈥?town of violin鈥? In 1980鈥檚, our founder Mr.Li and his friends learned violin making skills in Beijing Musical Instruments Co.,Ltd. After accumulating a wealth of experience, he opened his own violin making workshop in Beijing in 2001. In order to expand production capacity, he and his team moved the musical instruments company to his hometown- Queshan country, Henan province. With the unremitting efforts of Derhyme people, our production scale continues to expand. Today we have more than 200 experience luthiers and an annual output of more than 300,000 violins, violas, cellos and bass. Our Materials The choice of wood is the first and most critical step in the production of stringed instruments. We have six workshops for storing raw materials, which are used to dry our raw wood naturally. The air-drying time is more than five years before being selected to make stringed instruments.
